UNITRACC Module "Lining with Spirally-Wound Pipes with Stationary Winding Machine without Reinforcement Made of Metal or Plastic" (Renovation: CIPP)

Dec 22, 2023

100 % remote & flexible! Introducing the new UNITRACC e-learning module about lining with spiral wound pipes with stationary winding machine without reinforcement made of metal or plastic! This module is part of the CIPP course about lining techniques.

Description

The renovation of our aging sewer systems, much like their initial construction, is a task that spans across generations. The methods and regulations for their rehabilitation undergo a continuous process of development and improvement.

Spiral wound lining is categorised as a lining process with site-manufactured pipes. This process is characterised by the production of a spiral-shaped, self-supporting, or statically load-bearing liner on site from factory-made extruded profiles using a winding machine. The module Lining with Spirally-Wound Pipes with Stationary Winding Machine without Reinforcement Made of Metal or Plastic is part of the upcoming course BE-13 Renovation: Lining with Cured-In-Place Pipes (CIPP).

The course offers all the relevant information required to gain a detailed understanding of the lining process, with a specific focus on CIPP and spirally-wound lining. It covers a wide range of procedures, including their proper configuration, application, and quality assurance.

The e-learning material comprises more than 90 pages, featuring over 160 visual elements such as photographs, tables, illustrations, videos, etc.

The estimated learning time is approximately 4 hours.
